Executive Director

Executive Director, Alun Skitt, has worked in the senior living industry for more than 15 years in Oklahoma and Texas after a dozen years of working in the airline industry. With a passion for training and compliance combined with an ability to provide exceptional service, Alun quickly became an expert in the industry teaching classes and speaking at conferences. Alun’s love for his work was sparked by his mother, who was a RN in long term care. By spending time with seniors at a young age, he learned that there is much to be learned from the Greatest Generation and enjoys learning about the legacy each resident brings to our community. Alun is married with three kids (twins and a daughter who is 7 months older) and spends a majority of his free time hosting kid parties, playing chauffeur, and doing a lot of laundry.

Celebrations Director

Director of Celebrations Geraldine Bibles brings to our community a wealth of experience in management, child and senior care and activities and events coordination. In her current role at Morada Cedar Hill, she strives to engage, entertain and meaningfully enrich the lives of resident seniors with fun and diverse experiences. Outside of work, Geraldine is a proud wife and mother, and in her free time enjoys crafting and bowling.

Rolanda Garnett

Director of Culinary

Executive Chef Rolanda Garnett has been a food service and hospitality professional for more than 25 years. Prior to joining the team at Morada Cedar Hill, she worked as Food Service Director for another prominent, national senior living provider. Rolanda loves the creative freedom that comes naturally within the culinary field. She cherishes her work and the ability to provide daily experiences that can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Born in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, Rolanda was raised right here in Cedar Hill, Texas, and has been here ever since. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing and listening to music of all genres, cooking for her family and doing cosmetology.

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Chris is a proud Prairie View A&M Alumni, who has been a part of the community for many years. He first served as an overnight concierge while taking night classes at MediaTech institute. After graduating as Salutatorian of his class he worked his way up to becoming the communities Business Office Manager, and is currently the Senior Lifestyle Counselor. He prides himself on being of service to others; whether he’s helping residents fix their television or helping them set up their cell phones, he’s always willing to lend a helping hand with a smile. When he’s not working, he enjoys producing music, watching sports, and spending quality time with his family.

Twania Gautreaux

Health and Wellness Director

Health and Wellness Director Twania Gautreaux worked as both a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) before beginning her career in senior assisted living in 2017. In her current role, she is responsible for managing resident care and providing essential guidance and leadership for our team members.

Twania completed her nursing education at Delta Community College in Slidell, Louisiana. She then gained experience as an LVN while specializing in dialysis, medical-surgical nursing, wound care and substance abuse. She is driven to be a good leader and compassionate care provider, all while continuously expanding her knowledge and helping enrich the lives of residents.

Robin Granger

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Senior Lifestyle Counselor Robin Granger began his professional career in the real estate and multi-family housing sector, where he specialized in management and leasing. In 2016, he began working in the senior living industry as a part-time caregiver, and soon after, he joined the Morada Cedar Hill team.

Robin brings to his role with our community a genuine passion and respect for seniors. He enjoys working with and on behalf of seniors and their families to navigate the decision process and select a community that’s well-equipped to meet their needs. A proud Dallas native, Robin grew up with six siblings, and is a devoted father to his two, adult children.

Sekeitha Charles

Director of Celebrations

Sekeitha, AKA “Kiki” is bringing more than 30 years of Long Term Care experience to her role at Morada Cedar Hill. She has served in many roles within the senior living industry; loving them all but, finding a special love for planning and coordinating meaningful activities that offer stimulation in all dimensions of wellness. Connecting to the residents and providing them with a shoulder to lean on, and someone they can trust is important to her. Outside of work she is a wife and mother to 2 adult sons. Sekeitha is a performing Singer and Songwriter, who believes music is therapy, and love can conquer anything!

Memory Care Coordinator

Memory Care Coordinator Elizabeth Johnson is a 20-year health care professional who began as a Caregiver and then Med Tech, a role in which she remained for more than 14 years. Elizabeth also served as our community’s Health and Wellness Director before assuming her current role.

As Memory Care Coordinator, Elizabeth empowers team members and ensures that all residents receive the attentive, compassionate care they deserve. Outside of work, she enjoys family time with her two daughters and four grandchildren, all of whom reside in Dallas.
