Nicole Gayton

Executive Director

Nicole is a Certified Assisted Living Manager with over 30 years’ experience in senior living. Prior to becoming an Executive Director, Nicole’s career, included Social Work, Sales Director, and Management in the Health Care Industry. Nicole started as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Leadership credentials included: Certified Dementia Practitioner, Independent & Assisted Living Communities, Hospice, Home Health among several years of Business Management. Nicole enjoys watching movies, exercising, hiking, crocheting and spending time with her family.

Sarah Perkins

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Sarah Perkins comes to Morada Cy-Fair with 26 years of professional experience, with the last 3 years specializing in the senior living community. She graduated from Utah Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Long Term Healthcare Administration, supplemented by a minor in Gerontology. Sarah’s heartfelt passion for advocating and caring for the elderly has not only defined her career but also allowed her to profoundly enrich the lives of those she serves.

Tammy Bazile

Memory Care Director

My name is Tammy Bazile, I am a wife and mother of two. I have been blessed to accomplish many things, but my greatest accomplishment is being a mother. I find joy in taking care of my family and others.

 

I am the Memory Care Director at Morada Senior Living. I have been in healthcare for over 25 years and have had the privilege of holding various positions within healthcare. I began my career working in the administrative department. In 2008, my mom was diagnosed with cancer, and I began to care for her. With little to no support during this time of need, I decided to be a support system for others experiencing similar issues. After her death, I became a caregiver to aid as many families as possible.

 

My goal as the Memory Care director is to ensure that my team has the training and support necessary to provide quality care for all residents; and bring peace of mind to family members by knowing that their loved ones are comfortable and cared for.

Dennis McGee

Director of Facility Operations

Dennis has over 45 years of experience in the service industry and holds a Master Electrician and Class A HVAC license. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Morada as he is a former owner of three successful HVAC and electrical businesses. Dennis, seeking a change, transitioned into a role that brings joy and fulfillment – working with residents here at Morada, which he has done for the past three years. Using his skills and experience, Dennis strives to make a positive impact on the lives of those with Morada Cy-Fair every day.

Sherri Scott

Business Office Manager

I’ve been an office management professional for over 17 years. I started as an Office Manager for Richdale Property Management in early 2005 and later started working in communities with Senior as the Assistant Manager for an Independent Community. I loved it so much I wanted to continue. I later wanted to know more about Senior living and started working with multiple communities like Assistant Living and Memory Care. Being able to work with each Director from those departments is great. I continue to learn more and more. I oversee LTC, AP and AR.  I also got the bonus of being the Human Resource Manager in the community. This is truly a rewarding experience.

Mitch Rubin

Director of Culinary Services

My culinary passions began after inhaling the scent of homemade Marinara sauce simmering all day in my neighbors’ kitchens while growing up in Queens, New York. I came home from grade school to watch the “Galloping Gourmet” on TV, and my dream of cooking began.

I eventually moved to San Diego to become the corporate Chef at the headquarters of Jenny Craig.

It was in San Diego that I transitioned my career into senior dining, as a tribute to my parents.

My love for serving seniors continues to this day, as I serve our residents here at Morada Senior Living.
