Meet Our Senior Living Professionals at Morada Cy-Fair

Craig Hoyles

Executive Director

Craig is a Certified Assisted Living Manager and Licensed Vocational Nurse with over eleven years’ experience in senior living. Prior to becoming an Executive Director, Craig’s clinical career included work as a Care Manager, Nurse, and Director of Health and Wellness. A graduate of Wilberforce University, his leadership credentials include Alzheimer’s, Assisted and Independent Living communities among several years in the technology sector.

Craig & his wife, Stacie, made the move to Texas to be closer to kids and grandkids who live in and around the Houston area. In his spare time Craig enjoys cooking, playing with his dogs, Arya and Bing Bong, and spending time with Stacie.

Sue Godin

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Sue Godin brings more than nine years of experience in the senior living space. She first joined Morada Cy Fair and served as our Texas-Certified Director of Celebrations before moving into her current position as Senior Lifestyle Counselor. She feels privileged to work alongside a great team and loves making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

Brenda Llamas

Memory Care Director

As the Morada Cy-Fair Memory Care Director, Brenda has dedicated over two decades to providing compassionate care to individuals with Alzheimer’s and other memory impairments. Finding her work both challenging and rewarding, Brenda takes great pride in making a positive impact on the lives of those in her care. She is passionate about her work and is dedicated to assisting our Residents to be as independent and successful as possible. In her spare time, Brenda enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring new places and cultures.

Dennis McGee

Director of Facility Operations

Dennis has over 45 years of experience in the service industry and holds a Master Electrician and Class A HVAC license. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Morada as he is a former owner of three successful HVAC and electrical businesses. Dennis, seeking a change, transitioned into a role that brings joy and fulfillment – working with residents here at Morada, which he has done for the past three years. Using his skills and experience, Dennis strives to make a positive impact on the lives of those with Morada Cy-Fair every day.

Amy Gaytan

Director of Health & Wellness

With over 25 years’ experience as a nurse, Amy Gaytan holds a wealth of knowledge in home health and hospice services. Amy has dedicated her career to improving the lives of those in her care. Originally from Massachusetts, Amy has lived in Houston for 21 years and spent the last 15 specializing in Memory Care and Assisted Living.  The passion for working with Residents and their families shine through in her commitment to enhancing the daily living for each individual and understanding the impact on their loved ones. As the Director of Health and Wellness, Amy’s goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.

Andrea Mendoza

Celebrations Director

Andrea Mendoza is a seasoned educator and Celebrations Director with over 8 years’ experience in the field. With a passion for enhancing the lives of our Residents, Andrea spent 6 years as an elementary school teacher before transitioning to her role in Assisted Living. Andrea takes pleasure in engaging with Residents and providing a fun and active lifestyle. In her off-time Andrea enjoys spending time with family, especially movie nights and BINGO games with her husband and children.

Connie Long

Business Office Manager

As a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in multi-family property management, Connie Long has been an excellent component of the team here at Morada Cy-Fair. She has worked as a licensed real estate agent for 16 years and spent an additional 10 years as a business operations manager in the oil and gas industry. Her diverse background has given her a unique set of skills, including expertise in accounting and Human Resources. Connie is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and is passionate about helping our residents and families find their perfect home. When not working, Connie enjoys camping and hiking with her two dogs.

Robert Denton

Culinary Director

Robert Denton is a culinary professional with over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He honed his skills cooking at St. Regis Hotels and spent the last 6 years working in Assisted Living communities similar to Morada Cy-Fair. Robert’s expertise lies in scratch cooking and creating delicious cream sauces. In addition to his culinary skills Robert is experienced in managing entire kitchen operations and providing excellent care and hospitality to guests. In his free time, Robert enjoys watching MMA fighting and stand-up comedy, and spending time watching movies and cooking with his 6-year-old daughter.
