Executive Director

Terri has over 20 years of experience in the Senior Living Industry ranging from sales, human resources, home health and property management. Terri is a native Texan born in San Antonio, TX. She was a graduate of Highlands High School and attended San Antonio College. Terri moved to the Houston area years ago and raised her two children in the Katy area. Terri is married and lives with her husband in Hockley, TX. She loves to sing and many times you will find her entertaining her residents singing karaoke. Her favorite thing to say is “keep a smile on your face and a song in your heart”. Terri loves her residents and her employees always striving to make it feel like home to all that enter her community.

Connie Long

Business Office Manager

Business Office Manager Connie Long is more than apt with a combined experience in residential property management and business management in the oil and gas industry. As a major asset to the Morada Cy-Fair senior living community, she has the opportunity to do the two things she loves most – serving her residents and helping manage the business office aspects of the community and deliver the best results. Outside of work, Connie enjoys camping at state parks and tending her vegetable garden. She has two small dogs who, right alongside of her, love to hike and eat those raw vegetables too!

Sue Godin

Director of Celebrations

Director of Celebrations Sue Godin is a Texas-Certified Activity Director with more than eight years of experience in the senior living space. In her current role, she works with and on behalf of our residents to plan and orchestrate a diverse array of community functions, activities, social events and local excursions to suit everyone’s likes and preferences. Sue says she loves hearing stories, life lessons and cherished memories from residents, and planning new and different ways to add happiness to their lives.

Kelly Huntley

Memory Care Director

Memory Care Director Kelly Huntley is a Certified Dementia Care Specialist with more than 17 years of practical experience in the senior care arena. She leads our Memory Care program using specialized skills and knowledge, and is ever passionate about upholding core values including compassion, dignity, and respect and love for our residents.

Aaron Lewis

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Senior Lifestyle Counselor Aaron Lewis brings more than 11 years of senior living experience to her role at Morada Cy-Fair. Aaron enjoys providing attentive, personalized service to residents and their families. A strong believer in knowledge and continuing education, she plans to complete her MBA program specializing in Managerial Marketing and General Business.

Outside of work, Aaron is a devoted mom to her daughter, and spends much of her free time in the company of family, friends and loved ones.

Andrew Gonzalez

Executive Chef

Executive Chef Andrew Gonzalez has amassed more than 30 years of culinary experience, having served popular hotels, specialized catering and corporate dining interests, and more recently, senior living communities. He says that this latest stage of his culinary career has been the most rewarding due to the joy and satisfaction he gets from serving resident seniors. 

A regular fixture in and around our community, Chef Andrew enjoys interacting and getting to know the residents, and often brings everyone together for special, themed lunches and dinners. 

Outside of work, he loves the outdoors and spends his time fishing, hunting, camping and spending quality time with his family and wife of more than 20 years.
