Executive Director, Lorrie Dawn Robinson, has worked with seniors for more than 25 years in a variety of roles including Family Life Pastor, Nutrition and Health Coach, and Vice President of Clinic Operations. She has gained diverse expertise in counseling, health and wellness, event planning, equipment building and installation, medical staff hiring, expense controls and procurement, and billing audits. In her 6 years as a Care Plan Manager and advocate in the medical and senior living industry, she has most enjoyed mentoring leaders, building strong teams, and developing lasting relationships with team members and seniors. When she transitioned from Health Administrator into the role of Executive Director here at Morada Fort Smith, many of the residents were already her clients, and she has loved “doing life” with this team and the family of residents. Her artistic passions for painting, sculpting, music, and theater allow her to curate enriching activities for this community.

This allows her to help aging people live the best lifestyle. Julie believes helping seniors and their families is the most rewarding experience. Julie has worked with several Fortune 500 companies and has consistently been one of the top sales executives within her field. Her background is in Telecommunications, Insurance, Property Management, Banking, and Hospitality with numerous awards and certificates for her accomplishments. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and is an active volunteer within her community.

Executive Chef, Jimmie Cindle, is a skilled pastry chef and BBQ master. He owned and operated local Paradise Donuts and was a baker for more than 10 years. Jimmie is passionate about the perfect execution of proteins specifically smoking and barbeque. He has experience in catering and oversaw the production of food for hospitals with Morrison Healthcare, a food service company specializing in healthcare. His hobby is racing cars with his daughter or running a BBQ pit.
