Randy McChristian

Executive Director

Executive Director, Randy McChristian brings a diverse background to Morda Fort Smith. Working many years in IT, Randy soon found himself being recruited into long-term care for a hometown nursing home.  Almost immediately he realized that caring for the seniors would be a career change he would enjoy greatly. Now with several years within the senior living industry, he considered it more a calling than a career.

Randy’s journey in long-term care positioned him in different leadership roles including Administrator, Director of Operations, and Regional Vice President. After 20 years of serving in senior living for, Randy joined the Morada family as Executive Director. Randy looks forward to leading the Morada Fort Smith community in providing our residents with an active and fulfilling lifestyle.

Randy is married and supports his wife as she owns and operates a Christian preschool. He enjoys spending time with family and is an avid sports fan (especially anything Razorbacks!)

Julie McElroy

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Senior Lifestyle Counselor, Julie McElroy, is an optimistic and enthusiastic sales professional with more than 20 years of experience. Julie has a strong affinity for technology and is skilled at developing relationships, listening to seniors, and finding the best solution for their needs. This allows her to help aging people live the best lifestyle. Julie believes helping seniors and their families is the most rewarding experience. Julie has worked with several Fortune 500 companies and has consistently been one of the top sales executives within her field. Her background is in Telecommunications, Insurance, Property Management, Banking, and Hospitality with numerous awards and certificates for her accomplishments. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and is an active volunteer within her community.

Jimmie Cindle

Executive Chef

Executive Chef, Jimmie Cindle, is a skilled pastry chef and BBQ master. He owned and operated local Paradise Donuts and was a baker for more than 10 years. Jimmie is passionate about the perfect execution of proteins specifically smoking and barbeque. He has experience in catering and oversaw the production of food for hospitals with Morrison Healthcare, a food service company specializing in healthcare. His hobby is racing cars with his daughter or running a BBQ pit.
