Executive Director, Jennifer Bosarge has been at the Waxahachie Community for eight years. She grew up in the small town of Alma, Texas right outside of Ennis and lived within a mile of both of her Grandparents. She spent a lot of time with them and was fascinated with their many stories and the history of her family. Jennifer’s passion and love for seniors started at a very young age which led her to her first healthcare role as a Certified Nurse Aide and Med Aide. A few years later she visited an Assisted Living and knew she wanted to be a part of the industry. She started off in Assisted Living as a Wellness Director and was mentored by an amazing Executive Director and was promoted and have served our seniors for over twenty years. She feels it’s an honor to serve our seniors and embrace the “Resident First” philosophy and it is evident in everything we do at Morada Waxahachie.
Being the Mother of a special needs child she knows the challenges and emotional roller coaster of caring for a loved one and is committed to enhancing the quality of life of our residents. Jennifer feels truly blessed to work Morada Waxahachie and serve our amazing seniors.
