Jennifer Bosarge

Executive Director

Jennifer began her career in senior living nearly twenty years ago as a CNA and Med Aide. In 2003 she found her passion for Assisted Living and worked as the Wellness Director and was promoted to Executive Director. Jennifer loves her career and has the privilege every day of working for amazing seniors! When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She has two sons and two grandsons, Carter and Carson. She enjoys playing piano and learning guitar, gardening, fishing, and writing poetry.

Jonette McCoy

Director of Celebrations

Director of Celebrations Jonette McCoy began her 23-year professional career in the Human Resources field, where she held several positions including Human Resource Coordinator, Recruiting Specialist and Organizational Development Generalist. 

Jonette has been a proud member of our Morada family since 2015, beginning as a Resident Assistant before being promoted to Activities Director and now Director of Celebrations. In her current role, Jonette joyously interacts with our residents each day while engaging in a variety of activities, everything from games and exercise to themed parties, making devotions and taking part in the many events and happenings in and around our native Victoria.


Laura Light

Business Office Manager

Business Office Manager Laura Light has more than 13 years of experience at a property law attorney’s office prior to entering the senior living industry. Laura’s favorite part of her job is greeting the residents, hearing and sharing stories about family and friends and living life to the fullest every day. The love and appreciation received by the residents and their families is what drives Laura to meet and exceed their needs and desires.

Laura spends time with her husband Garry and children Paityn, Sean and Lexi as well as their cat and dogs. As a Texas native, Laura enjoys spending her days under the warmth of sunny rays, hosting cookouts for friends, fishing for bass at a local pond or walking park trails with her family and dogs.
