Executive Director

Executive Director, Bobby Long, has been a senior living Executive Director for more than 10 years. He has served other senior living communities in Arkansas, Missouri, and now his home state of Oklahoma. Bobby has been married to his wife Beverly for 34 years and has two grown children, Brittany and Javan, and three grandchildren, Henry, Audrey, and Jaime. Bobby served with Beverly in pastoral ministry for 20 years before becoming an Executive Director in the senior living industry. Being a servant leader has been full of rewards and relationships for him for many years and hopefully for many more years to come.

Senior Lifestyle Counselor, Carol Cadwell, recently celebrated 20 years of working with seniors. When a person or couple realize they will soon arrive at a point in their lives to consider a viable living alternative they quickly understand this decision is a major milestone because of so many issues and decisions involved, including many they are not even aware of. Most need an extra dose of confidence and support from someone they can trust to help guide them through this complicated process. When they meet Carol Cadwell they are immediately impressed with her passion to help people. She is keenly aware of the need to understand the unique issues every person brings to this new chapter of their life. Carol fervently believes the interaction does not have to end at the door. Carol has spent 18 years being involved in the Tulsa area senior services community so she can maintain a network of top professionals and senior communities that shares her enthusiasm and passion for seniors. She has served on the board of the local Tulsa Interagency Council for more than 10 years, which is a group of members involved in the local area senior industry. She also served as President. Carol and her husband celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary last year. They have one son who is married and have two young daughters who “Gigi” adores. Carol is blessed and honored to be a part of the Morada Broken Arrow team.

Trina Russell

Resident Enrichment Specialist

Resident Enrichment Specialist, Trina Russell, started in the kitchen 6 years ago before shifting into housekeeping, then Business Office Manager before she earned her current role. Trina truly has a passion for her job. Being able to sit and talk with the residents about their lives brings her much joy. She is getting to see many places for the first time with the residents on their excursions and trips. Originally from California, Trina and her two youngest sons moved to Oklahoma eight years ago. She has four kids and five grandkids, and they are the love of her life.

Chris Payne

Executive Chef

Executive Chef, Chris Payne, has been with Morada Senior Living for more than 14 years. He previously worked for Embassy Suites Hotel as Executive Chef for about 9 years where he did a two-year apprenticeship program through the hotel. He also worked for a different senior living community for about three years prior. Chris enjoys the residents and the stories about their life. He has two children who also work here at Morada Broken Arrow!
