Executive Director, Bobby Long, has been a senior living Executive Director for more than 10 years. He has served other senior living communities in Arkansas, Missouri, and now his home state of Oklahoma. Bobby has been married to his wife Beverly for 34 years and has two grown children, Brittany and Javan, and three grandchildren, Henry, Audrey, and Jaime. Bobby served with Beverly in pastoral ministry for 20 years before becoming an Executive Director in the senior living industry. Being a servant leader has been full of rewards and relationships for him for many years and hopefully for many more years to come.

Senior Lifestyle Specialist, Lori Allen, found her passion for helping seniors and their families navigate the waters of senior living options over 20 years ago while watching her family make similar decisions for her grandmother. It was then she realized her desire to bring families solutions during unclear times through genuine compassion. Discussing the options of senior living is not always a stress-free decision and Lori confidently and compassionately puts their mind at ease to walk this journey with them. Everyone has a unique story for seeking alternatives to their current “home” setting. Lori strives to provide personalized solutions that complement their story and lifestyle while instilling trust and peace with their decisions to make a new address change. Lori is heavily involved with senior service organizations within the city of Broken Arrow and Tulsa alike, such as the Chambers of Commerce, Tulsa Interagency Council and local networking groups. Lori is a proud Broken Arrow Tiger, and she lives in Broken Arrow with her daughter. She is very close to her family and is blessed and grateful to call Morada her family as well.

Resident Enrichment Specialist

Resident Enrichment Specialist, Trina Russell, started in the kitchen 6 years ago before shifting into housekeeping, then Business Office Manager before she earned her current role. Trina truly has a passion for her job. Being able to sit and talk with the residents about their lives brings her much joy. She is getting to see many places for the first time with the residents on their excursions and trips. Originally from California, Trina and her two youngest sons moved to Oklahoma eight years ago. She has four kids and five grandkids, and they are the love of her life.

Jeffrey Williams

Culinary Director

Jeffrey Williams is a Food Service Manager who excels at creating and elevating food and nutrition programs for senior communities and communities that find themselves in a state of food insecurity.
Jeffrey is from the New York and New Jersey area originally. He is also a veteran of the United States Army and has numerous deployments under his belt. It was during his military service that he honed and sharpened his love for cooking in a professional capacity. Preparing food for our service men and women in remote locations throughout the world. Providing nutritionally balanced and appealing meals is always first and foremost his focus. His personal mantra is “You’re only as good as your last meal so make it count”.
Jeffrey is a graduate of Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with an Emphasis in Public Relations and a Minor in Management.
