Donna began her career in senior living seven years ago after retiring from her civilian position in hospitality for the United States Coast Guard. She had the pleasure of living in Hawaii and California before returning to her home town of Pasadena, Texas. She considers it a privilege to serve the seniors in her own community. She enjoys spending time with her three grown children, swimming, the beach, and driving her classic Jeep.
Rhonda is a native Houstonian. She previously worked in customer service roles in banking. She is a mother of two sons. She enjoys spending my time with family, traveling, fishing, and volunteering in the community.
Cheree was born in Odessa and raised in North Shore. She received her associate degree from San Jacinto College and Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Houston. She started working with seniors in 2018. She is excited about starting her new chapter at Morada Deer Park. She loves living on the coast and enjoys boating, swimming, and gardening.
I started off cooking and baking with my mother at the young age of 10. I fell in love with cooking quickly. I went on to become a pastry chef/ cake decorator with over 8 years of experience. My passion for feeding people led me to open my own catering business where i cooked baked and decorated small events. I started off at Morada as a cook. I was promoted to the Sous Chef position and my skills and experience have now led me to become the Director of Culinary Services. In my free time I love to spend every minute I can with my 5 children teaching them how to cook to carry on family traditions. My hobbies include baking and shoe shopping. My mother always told me, love what you do. Do what you love, so I plan to continue to grow here at Morada.
Margit Semac has more than 16 years of experience in the senior living industry. She loves being a team member of Morada Senior Living and shows a true passion for helping the residents.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, loves to travel, hike, run, skydiving and cooking.
Marty Maddox, Director of Maintenance and Operations, has been in the industry 12 years. He is originally from Alabama however has lived in Texas for 12 years. He is a grandpa to 5 grandchildren that he adores. He enjoys working with Seniors, which is a passion, not a job. He is an avid sports fan. Roll Tide!!
