Dr. Cindy Guzman has been in the healthcare industry for 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to Morada Senior Living. Dr. Guzman received her PhD in Healthcare Administration in Leadership. She not only has a heart for the senior living industry; but a heart of gold in her missionary work and marathon finisher of many. Outside her work she enjoys her photography, event planning, traveling, and spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren. She is excited to be part of the Morada Family!!

Director of Celebrations Bernice Guerra has been serving the residents of Morada Grand Prairie for more than ten years. She enjoys planning and orchestrating new experiences for residents to share, as well as continuing long-held traditions like our annual excursion to the State Fair of Texas. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and attending outdoor events in our local community with her family.

Health & Wellness Director at Morada Senior Living in Grand Prairie; Kellie Hill has had the privilege of working with seniors for over 6 years. Working at Morada now for almost 2 years, Kellie has found the most rewarding career. From the time she was a little girl, she knew she had a calling in life to work alongside seniors, and feels she is extremely blessed to get the opportunity to build such meaningful relationships with each of her residents, and their families. Outside of Morada Kellie spends most of her time with her loved ones and enjoys being a caregiver to her 93-year-old Grandmother who suffers from dementia.

Business Office Manager

I have worked as a Business Office Manager for over 18 years in senior housing. I started out as a leasing consultant at 55 plus in St. Louis Missouri. I worked my way up to being a Business Office Manager with Training and utilize my skills as customer service, clerical bookkeeper, various Microsoft systems. Relocated to Georgia and continued working as a Business Office Manager at Assisted Living, Memory Care, low income, tax credit and Rehabilitation hospital. I relocated to Texas, but I was able to utilize my leasing Manager skills for the last seven years as Marketing Director and Business Office Manager.

Christopher James born March 2, 1980 in Ft. Hood Tx. Served six years in the army as an IT specialist. I am a father of five kids and a grandfather of 11 grand children.

I have worked in the pentagon and the state department as government contractor. I now reside in Dallas TX, where I have been the last 9 years. I have been cooking for residents the last 9 years. I started as a (CA) culinary assistant know I am a (CD) culinary director.
