Executive Director

Dr. Cindy Guzman has been in the healthcare industry for 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to Morada Senior Living. Dr. Guzman received her PhD in Healthcare Administration in Leadership. She not only has a heart for the senior living industry; but a heart of gold in her missionary work and marathon finisher of many. Outside her work she enjoys her photography, event planning, traveling, and spending time with her family; especially the grandchildren. She is excited to be part of the Morada Family!!

Bernice Guerra

Director of Celebrations

Director of Celebrations Bernice Guerra has been serving the residents of Morada Grand Prairie for more than ten years. She enjoys planning and orchestrating new experiences for residents to share, as well as continuing long-held traditions like our annual excursion to the State Fair of Texas. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and attending outdoor events in our local community with her family.
