Excellent place for your loved ones with superb staff! Ms Patricia, Brad,ms Teauna and the entire staff has been amazing! The food is very good as well! Twas a roller-coaster ride taking care of our very dear family friend, who we treat like as if she was our own mother/grandmother but the staff/facility has made the transition smoothly for her and for us. Thank you so very much to everyone for being a blessing 🥰🙏

I was looking for a place to live life to its fullest and be able to care for my husband and best friend that had Alzheimer’s. I wanted a place with fewer responsibilities on my part (cooking, activities outside the home etc) so I could focus on him. This place had everything we needed! He was able to mingle and socialize without leaving the premises. The staff is the best, very helpful and my husband enjoyed chatting with them and they always had time to visit with him. Patricia is one of the dearest people you’ll ever meet and was successful in securing an apartment for us at the exact time we needed it. Brian kept us busy with activities and exercising so we could stay in shape! We loved the library, the movie theater and of course the meals! Morada Lake Arlington is the place to be if you want to enjoy life to its fullest. Food is good, and community meals gave us the opportunity to meet others and form lasting friendships. Highly recommend the Morada Lake Arlington as the place to be!

i've been here since September 19, 2023 have a beautiful sweet I get to decorate it the way I want to. The food is wonderful you get three meals a day that's included in your rent. Also included in your rent is cable water, electric.. they have lots of activities to do we have bingo. We have moving Morada night every night we have Sunday service. We have a little store that you can come and buy stuff Monday through Friday twice a day which I have the privilege of working on Friday. lotta fun you get to meet a lot of people here and everybody's wonderful and the staff is excellent and also included is in your rent is housekeeping you don't have to clean and I just love it here. I tore five places and this one fit the best. .💕

My elderly friend moved from her house into Independent Living Sept 2023 and loves her one bed apartment. Her cat is definitely happier there. The staff are exceptional and the residents very friendly and helpful when I visit. I was nervous about which home to recommend but this exceeded my expectations.

When we were researching assisted living facilities in Arlington, Morada got very good reviews across-the-board. When we toured the facility, Patricia was very helpful and she was sensitive to our particular needs for our family. On the same day of our tour, we ran into a friend whose mother was in this facility, and she gave a glowing personal account of the care her mother was receiving, which helped confirm our decision to move mom there. Mom has been in Morada now for three months and our family is happy to report that she has been very well cared for by the entire staff. The other residents assured me that they are looking out for mom, too. We are so pleased with the many activities and personal attention mom gets every day. Moving mom was very difficult emotionally, but the staff has been so caring, loving on us and offering lots of hugs and reassurances throughout the whole process. It has been a blessing!

I have several friends who live at Morada Lake Arlington & they’re all very happy there. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. There are lots of activities and good food It’s a good value for the money.

What a refreshing improvement for my Mom this past year has been! After a rather bumpy landing, she has truly enjoyed the wonderful food and activity options in addition to the staff's attention to details and her neighbors. This community is well appointed and proximate to area shopping as well as convenient for caregiving access.

This is the prettiest facility both outside and inside. I love the layout and the cleanliness of both outside and inside.The staff is just amazing in the way they handle day to day operations. I think it looks seamless to the guests and the residentsThey have also done an unbelievable job about the different events that they have in the facility every day and every week. I’m so thankful my sister chose this propertyThe dining area is also set up with such class and the food is really deliciousThe recent remodeling they did really gave it an uplifted look. The staff… I just can’t say enough they are professional they keep their eyes on what needs to be looked after they have been very very patient with me about different issues that might come up with my sister. They’re always friendly and attentive to every detail and fulfill ever need/concern

This has been such a great place for my Dad. He really enjoys the meals and the staff is soooo awesome. The facility is in great shape and maintained very well. After looking at several options for my father, we could not have been happier with our choice.

My mother has been a resident for 5 months at Lake Arlington. Initially very reluctant to move out of her house, she is now talking to other widowed friends and encouraging them to move to Morada, too. The opportunities for social contact with other residents are endless. The staff are very attentive and those living there are very welcoming to new residents.

Great Senior Living Community. Weekly housekeeping, all three meals, and utilities included in your monthly rent. They have Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The staff is amazing, and very friendly.

I have a loved one in the memory care unit of Morada. She has been an independent, brilliant woman her entire life. I needed a place she could still feel independent while getting the extra help she needs. The staff goes above and beyond, they have activities, and keep their residence feeling loved. I could not ask for a better, loving, exceptional place for my loved one to be!

This place is amazing. When you walk into the entrance, you feel at home immediately. The staff really love the residents. They know them well. Our dad moved in before Christmas. They always have great activities going on. Movie nights, Bingo, exercise classes, parties, happy hour with entertainment.... They have gone above and beyond on several occasions for our family and always make us feel welcome. Dad enjoys the three meals a day. He also has his apartment cleaned each week and they wash his sheets and remake his bed. The residents are always out visiting with each other, playing games or doing puzzles. I can't say enough good things about Morada Lake Arlington!!!

My mom moved in 4 months ago, so far, I have been very pleased and Mom seems to be happy. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the common areas are always clean. I like that the grounds are in a residential area, heavily treed and away from heavy traffic and apartments.

My husband moved into assisted living near our children, and I moved into independent living. The staff have been so gracious and professional that my husband’s health improved much faster than we expected. We were able to live together again thanks to the people at all levels of employment. The activities keep us very busy, and many excursions are offered to nearby attractions and events, like restaurants, botanical gardens, symphony concerts, etc. The staff try to accommodate everybody’s interests, which seems impossible, but is surprisingly successful. This is like a little village. We all look out for each other. And we have a lot of laughs!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff at Morada Lake Arlington. I will especially brag on Patricia. She is and has always been the most kind and most helpful person to me, and most importantly, to my mother who is a resident here. Anytime I see Patricia, she is always smiling, she greets everyone that she passes by their name. You can feel her genuine love and passion for her job, her co-workers, and the residents at Morada Lake Arlington. She makes it feel like home.

I worked for Morada Lake Arlington for over 4 years. Management were very flexible with my schedule, they were willing to accommodate my hours, since I was an undergrad student. I graduated at UNT-D last summer with a LOTE-Spanish (Grades EC-12) Certification (Spanish B.A.) and I am very thankful to this company and their staff for the support they gave me throughout the years. While I was working there, I was able to see and experience the need of our residents, and this made me stronger. Morada Lake Arlington has many good employees, they are willing to go above and beyond to provide those needs and services to the residents. There is a daily challenge for everyone, it is an ongoing number of tasks to be completed, but the staff main objective is to provide the proper care to their residents, regardless if they reside in Independent living, Assisted living or Memory Care. This is not an easy job, but it is rewarded by the appreciation from each resident and their family members, the staff and management. "Be the change you wish to see in the world." Mahatma Gandhi.

My mother started her residency in assisted living then had to move to memory care.Ms. LaTonya and her staff were fantastic in caring for my mother especially through Covid.Prior to Covid she enjoyed games and outdoor activities. We could not have found a better place.

This is a great place to live. The residents are nice and fun, and the management is excellent. Patrcia was wonderful and explained everything clearly. The facility is kept very clean, the housekeepers are nice and friendly, and the food is wonderful. There is always something to do, as our Activities Director, Bryan, keeps us busy.5 stars! 5 stars also, to our GM, Brad. He is great.

I have been here almost two years. It is a nice place and the staff does everything the can. If you want to live here and be happy everything is in place for you to be able to do just that. Staff does everything they can to make all the residents able to enjoy everyday. As a group it would be hard to find a nicer group of people.

The staff is fantastic and goes above and beyond to care for the clients. It’s very clean and I enjoy working with each and everyone. Very laid back and happy environment. I get my instructions for the day/week and I complete each one without someone standing over me, smothering me. It’s perfect for me! 9/10 as far as jobs go. Wish I’d have found this 5 years sooner.

My grandmother is 98 years of age and currently resides at Morado Lake Arlington in the memory care unit. The senior staff and the director,Ms.LaTonya Marcus are wonderful! They take great care with her and are respectful to her. Which is very important to me and to my grandmother because though she is aged she's still a person and I think many people forget that with seniors. She has a nice room, enjoys the food and the people around her.

Morada Lake Arlington has been an absolute Godsend. My brother's mental and physical health has improved so much since moving here. Everyone truly cares, staff and residents included. The meals are delicious. The events are plentiful and so fun! The available (for a fair price) caregiving is AMAZING!! The caregivers have been so thorough with my brother's needs. He looks forward to seeing them every day. Having physical therapy on site has been wonderful, too. I brag on this place all the time. I know my brother is well cared for and happy, and that gives me SO much peace. Thank you, Morada Lake Arlington Staff. You are such a blessing to my family!

I’ve been working here for over a year now, and i can positively say this has been one of the best places i have worked at. The employees are amazing, and they’re always here to lend a helping hand whether it be for a co-worker or for a resident.The residents constantly come to the front desk to tell me how much they appreciate all of us and all we do to make their lives easier.All of the residents are amazing as well, they treat you like you’re part of their family.

My father serves as a volunteer in this community. Every day he comes home, I hear stories about the great staff, fun work environment and how everyone is so caring. He actually says he wants to move into the community at some point. Nice job Morada Lake Arlington! Thanks for loving on my dad.
