Director of Health and Wellness Teauna Ware brings more than 11 years of senior living experience to her role at Morada Lake Arlington. Teauna earned her nursing degree at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, where she graduated with honors in 2017. She has been proudly serving residents of Morada Lake Arlington since 2019.

LaTonya Marcus

Memory Care Director

Memory Care Director LaTonya Marcus has proudly served residents of Morada Lake Arlington for more than nine years, the last five as Memory Care Director. She earned her Nursing Degree from Concorde College in 2013, where she also won the Florence Nightingale Award, which is given to the Nursing student who best exemplifies the spirit and skill of the legendary wartime nurse whose tireless service dates back prior to 1850. In her current role, LaTonya advocates for seniors and families and provides a strong support system for our community’s care personnel, ensuring that residents and team members alike have all the tools needed to enjoy exceptional quality of life.

Heidi Hulin

Director of Celebrations

Celebrations Director Heidi Hulin has more than 35 years of experience teaching a variety of classes, planning special events for people of all ages and delivering award-winning customer service. Heidi earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and has since worked in a range of roles including Substitute Teacher for the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District (GCISD), Caregiver, Personal Trainer and Recreation Specialist, among others. She is also fully certified in Advanced First Aid, CPR and AED training.

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys travel and the outdoors, cooking and spending time with her family, including her rescue dog, VooDoo.

Bryan Staley

Engage Life Instructor

Engage Life Instructor Bryan Staley is a 25-year veteran of the senior living industry whose experience includes more than eight years of proud service to the residents of Morada Lake Arlington. In his current role, Bryan works with and alongside residents to plan and orchestrate activities, events and outings that fit their unique interests and promote a more satisfying way of active living. He also teaches our in-house exercise classes, which are very popular and well-attended.

Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Bryan enjoys spending time with his dad on the weekends and is an active member of his church. He is also a proud uncle to his niece, Ava.

Lori Kennedy

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Lori Kennedy brings more than 34 years of experience as a caregiver in the assisted living community setting to her role with Morada Lake Arlington. Her extensive care background makes her uniquely knowledgeable and a tremendous asset to seniors, families and our community as a whole.

A proud graduate of The University of North Texas, Lori earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Gerontology and Marketing and has held various leadership positions at both the community and regional levels. In her current role, she works with seniors and families to navigate the decision process and develop senior living solutions that are both sustainable and satisfying.

Outside of the workplace, Lori is a mom to three, amazing children; Johsiey, 26, who works in law enforcement; Nathan, 16, and Jarren, 12. Lori and her family have resided in this area for 35 years, and love to spend time outdoors, whether fishing, boating, hiking, biking, dirt bike riding and off roading, or just playing with their two dogs, Emma and Dukey.

Rafael Cisneros

Director of Culinary Services

Executive Chef Rafael Cisneros brings more than 18 years of culinary and hospitality industry experience to his role at Morada Lake Arlington. Chef Rafael earned his Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts in 2005 before beginning his career in fine dining. He went on to work with upscale hotels and served discerning members of high-profile, private clubs while working for ClubCorp for more than eight years.

Chef Rafael made the transition to senior living in 2014, and has since delighted residents of nationally-owned senior living communities with nutritious, freshly prepared dishes and a commitment to exceptional quality and service. He’s proudly served residents of Morada Lake Arlington since 2018.
