Jennifer Coggins

Executive Director

Executive Director of North Richland Hills Jennifer Coggins brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources and accounting to her role at the community.  Her vision is to grow the community and team to be the best they can be in understanding and meeting the evolving needs and desires of the residents.  Jennifer began her journey in Senior Living in March of 2021 as the Business Office Manager.  Through her daily interactions with the staff and residents, she quickly realized this field was her calling and has never felt more fulfilled.  She learns something new each day from the residents, feels truly optimistic to be a part of her resident’s daily lives and is very much looking forward to this next chapter in her career.

Jennifer’s biggest accomplishment since joining Morada North Richland Hills has been her recent promotion to Executive Director, after only six short months. Her cheerful personality and ability to empathize quickly gained Jennifer the trust of the staff and residents alike.

Jennifer was born and raised in Texas and currently resides in the North Texas area.

Before joining Morada NRH, as the Celebrations Coordinator, I had a 26-year career in corporate banking, training associates and depositing billions of dollars daily. I learned everything I could about lockbox, about processing payments and climbed the rank through every role in my department. Once at the top, I was ready for something different, and I found it here with Discovery Living. I am a mother of 6, grandmother of 3, married to my junior high sweetheart and am an active member in my church and community. I am an avid crafter and grew up farming in a small town in the USA. I have a heart to serve and feel most at peace when I am helping others in some capacity. I believe my family fuels me into wanting to do an excellent job each day and I never want to let them down.

Community Relations Specialist

Ana Laura was born and raised in Dallas; Texas has spent many years in the senior world. Her love for seniors is what drives her to be a great resource for the community. Ana’s initial engagement with seniors was her experience as an account manager for some of the largest insurance companies in the US. As a community relations specialist, her role involves connecting with many community members whose job revolves around finding seniors a place to call home. On her spare time, Ana enjoys relaxing, attending musical events and watching sports events. Ana is a true long-standing Cowboys fan.

David Glenn

David Glenn

Facilities Operations Director

David is a results-oriented and eager Facilities Manager with over 10 years of experience in combining technical skills, strong business management, and property management expertise. A leader with passion who continually evaluates complex issues, identifies key areas of improvement, creates action plans, and guides execution. He ensures that all facilities serve the needs of residents, staff members and family members, while ensuring regulatory standards are upheld. David also oversees the housekeeping staff and manages contracts with vendors.

Director Of Culinary

Chef Jeremy Aery brings several years of experience in culinary arts to his role at Morada North Richland Hills. With nearly a decade of experience in senior living in the DFW metroplex, he has a well-rounded viewpoint with menu items with a philosophy of combined effort regarding flavor and nutrition.  He is eager to showcase his knowledge in his new role and looks forward to serving the residents here at Morada NRH with dignity, respect, and meal service that they can look forward to each day.
