Director of Culinary Services Deidre (Dede) Stewart is a 20-year culinary professional who specializes in diverse cuisines. Her career includes multiple tenures in restaurants across the country and working with several, illustrious chefs along the way.

After graduating from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 1992, she moved to Asheville, North Carolina, where she worked in the kitchens of several, new-concept restaurants as a Chef and Manager. She started in the senior living industry in 2002, and has since served as Executive Chef and Culinary Director for multiple, industry-leading providers. She joined the team at Morada Pantego in 2017.

Outside of work, Dede is a proud native of Arlington, Texas and enjoys being among family and friends.

Sales Director/Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Sales Director Gina Manire brings 17 years of senior living industry Sales and Marketing experience to her role at Morada Pantego. She joined our team in 2017 and regularly advises area seniors and families as they navigate the search for quality senior living solutions.

Gina graduated from Tarleton State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She then worked in the health and fitness industry before transitioning to senior living sales, and has since served high-profile communities and provider organizations in both local and regional capacities.

A proud Texan, Gina is eligible to join the Daughters of the Republic of Texas (DRT), a lineal association dedicated to perpetuating the memory of the founding families and soldiers of the Republic of Texas. The DRT organization once served as caretakers of The Alamo.

Senior Lifestyle Counselor Leanne Sanders brings more than 25 years of professional experience to her role at Morada Pantego. She began her career as an educator within the Arlington Independent School District, where she worked with special needs children. She later became a caregiver at one of Fort Worth’s most respected senior living communities, and joined the Morada Pantego team in early 2021.

Ever cheerful and high-spirited, Leanne imparts daily joy and inspiration in the lives of residents, whether through diverse and immersive activities and social events, planning fun, local excursions, or even donning an unexpected costume to spread laughter and cheer throughout the halls of our community.

Outside of work, Leanne is a loving mother to three, wonderful children, and a devoted wife to her husband, Brian, who himself is a popular and frequent visitor to Morada Pantego.
