Executive Director, Jerald McDuffie (JB), has been in a leadership role since he was 18 from leading crews on oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico, managing commercial tire companies, and now in senior living at Morada Rogers for more than seven years. JB joined the team as a Maintenance Tech and earned his promotion as Assistant Executive Director and has been in his current role for more than three years. He loves seniors and has a true passion for what he does every day. JB prides himself on his team members’ accomplishments and sense of teamwork to provide the best lifestyle experiences for the residents. In his spare time he loves to fish, hunt, golf, and travel. He chartered for blue marlin, tuna, wahoo, dolphin, and other fish on the Gulf Coast for 14 years before moving to his current home in Northwest Arkansas.
Assistant Executive Director
Assistant Executive Director, Edward Smith, has more than 15 years of experience in senior living previously working as a Community Director for a different senior living community. He also has training in Human Resources and Fair Housing. He graduated from Kilgore College in Kilgore, Texas and is a licensed Peace Officer issued by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education. Edward truly enjoys engaging with our residents. He feels like they are his own family members. Hearing their stories and learning about their extraordinary lives grows Edward’s appappreciation for them that much more. He has a wife of 37 years with two children and two grandchildren and in their spare time they enjoy camping and fishing.
Senior Lifestyle Counselor
Senior Lifestyle Counselor, Bri Moore, grew up in the senior living industry. She started working with seniors when she turned 18 and has been helping seniors and their families find the right community since 2018. And she cannot image doing anything else! Bri is a born and raised Okie and just recently relocated to the Northwest Arkansas area. She has six brothers and three sisters and is engaged. She loves reading, cooking, baking, giraffes, and going to the movies.
Director of Celebrations
Director of Celebrations, Jennie Winn, has worked in the health care field for several years and has been working with seniors for more than three years. She finds her days to be extremely rewarding. Jennie has been married for 24 years and has one 21-year-old daughter. She loves gardening, fishing with her husband, and spending time with her family.
Executive Chef, Richard “Scott” Hicks, has a wide range of culinary experience which includes High End Restaurants, Country Clubs, University Dining, Sports Bar and Casual Dining as well as Senior Living. Scott earned an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Wake Tech Community College in Raleigh, NC. His personal style of food is based in the wide ranging Mediterranean Region and, of course, focusing on nutritional dishes for our Morada Rogers residents.
