Morada Senior Living is based in Dallas, Texas and operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Discovery Senior Living, with a dedicated management team led by an esteemed division president. Operations, sales and marketing, human resources, treasury, finance, accounting and business analytics support are provided through the Discovery Senior Living corporate headquarters in Bonita Springs, Florida.

While the Morada Senior Living division formally launched in early 2021, parent company Discovery Senior Living has been creating exceptional lifestyle and care communities for seniors for nearly three decades.
