If Dad's happy, I'm happy, and he always seems happy with his home. And he can be a crotchety old dude, so that might be a challenge, but this facility seems to do everything right. Heck they've managed to keep him alive to 91, and that's just ... WOW. Thanks for putting up with my Dad, Morada - your staff and administration are stellar. He even likes the food, so please thank the kitchen as well.

I have admired this facility for many, many years and I would not want my loved one going anywhere else! With their compassionate and attentive staff, beautiful and comfortable atmosphere, and several family-fun activities, it is evident that Morada Victoria provides the utmost fulfillment in your loved one’s care. the processing of aging is not an easy one. However the staff of Morada. It made this is pleasant as possible. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to gracefully age with dignity and the care of my family and of the staff here.

There's no better place than Morada Victoria to care for your loved ones! From personal experience, you will not find more caring individuals that genuinely have a love for the residents here anywhere else in the area! They maintain a clean, neat, and organized facility, beautifully decorated, and they plan activities that involve family year round! Did I mention how amazing the dining experience is? Every day at every meal, your loved one will enjoy being waited on just like they were visiting a restaurant with flavorful food, a wide variety of appetizing choices, and most importantly, loving and smiling faces! The kitchen staff takes pride in providing a delicious and nutritious cuisine! A++ Highly Recommend! You will NOT be disappointed!

Our 91 year old father began residence in October 2017. He was independent, retired and still working part-time as a pharmacist and managing his ranch and rent property until the day of the event that led to his move. Understandably, he was anxious and resistant to leaving his home where he could no longer live alone.The staff and administration are wonderful at helping seniors adjust to assisted living. Dad is happy, well cared for, enjoy social activities and outings. We are thrilled with the community and staff and he would not trade it for anything at all.We cannot speak highly enough of what a life saver and wonderful experience we have had with Morada Victoria staff. Thank you one and all every day for your devotion to your residents.

My mom has been at Morada Victoria since late 2020. She loves the place and enjoys activities with other residents, many of whom she knows from her school days and from church. I find the staff professional and caring, and always responsive. My family's experience with Morada goes back to the 1990s when my grandmother stayed there. She also loved the place. I highly recommend Morada Victoria!

100% recommend. I worked with a company that provided supplemental service to residents of Morada and staff was always great to work with! Staff treated residents with dignity and respect & The facility was always clean.

My Mom has been in the assisted living unit for about four years. She has loved the people who daily assist her and care for her. She was prescribed a heart monitor around a month ago with which she was very confused as how to operate it. Daily, the helpers assisted her and on the day she was finished with the monitoring, the director disconnected the monitor and sent it back as instructed. This was way beyond what I expected. I didn't even have to remind them about the extra care she needed during that time. Thanks to all of you in assisted living!

Mom has been here for 1 month. The change in her is amazing. She gets to do activities with others, she loves Bingo. I don’t worry about her having something to eat, because she gets a healthy meal at every mealtime. She has gained weight and her Dr was very please.

We can’t say enough about the excellent care our family has received at Morado. The staff is always friendly and helpful, going beyond their job descriptions to make our family feel at home. Morado is a welcoming community for seniors.

My brother and I visited today to tour and gain information about the facility as a possibility for our parents. The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. We left with smiles on our faces as we figure out this transition in our family.

Very caring and pleasant staff. My mother is being cared for at their memory care facility. Although it's frustrating at the moment to be unable to visit with her the way I'd like (Covid-19 protections), it is very satisfying to know that she is in such great hands. Highly recommended.

My brother moved in about a year from out of state. We have found the staff to be very nice especially the front desk staff and maintenance. Due to the pandemic we have not been able to go inside to visit since mid March due to the protocol in place. We can visit only on the outside so we can't comment on the inside condition now but prior to that time the lobby was clean and welcoming.

Wonderful place for both of my parents. Very nice facility , wonderful staff and food is good.Have been very diligent with Covid Rules ; so they have been safe. That is a good thing.

My mom has been a resident for about 10 years through the changes in ownership of the facility and of course the coming and going of residents and staff. Enough of the residents have been long term so that it provides a sense of community for her. Also, enough of the staff have remained consistent through the years so as provide continuity of care and have a good knowledge and understanding of my mom's history. Through times of physical and mental health challenges, the nursing support and advocacy have been evident. As I live out of state, I count on good communication from the caregivers to keep me in the loop of my mom's day to day life concerning health and activity level, changes in condition, etc. They have stayed in touch by e-mail and phone calls to provide that input. This facility is nicely maintained and has a homey feel - my mom is content and calls it home so we are pleased with that.Debbie Sohn

The staff has gone above and beyond for my mom who is in assisted living. I have such comfort knowing her needs are being met and that she is in the hands of excellent care. Elodia has assisted my mom for quite some time and she is patient, kind, and always available. Betty is another staff member that is always making my mom laugh and so gentle and kind. I especially want to recognize Marissa. If you want your family member or loved one seen about, this is the individual who goes above and beyond. She feels like family and treats us like we are. She goes the extra mile, and provides not only care, but companionship for mom. She saw mom through hurricane Harvey and has consistency been available for the care and well being of her every need. Mom's spirit is completely lifted because of the ongoing love and kindness of the staff and care she receives. Every one of you is a blessing and thank you for caring for my mom!
