Sharon began her career in acute care hospital administration with a Bachelor of Science Degree and transitioned to retirement senior living in Victoria 20 years ago. Sharon’s love for the elderly comes naturally to her and with the grace of God a “door was opened” during her career that afforded her the many blessings of getting to know so many lovely seniors, families, and associates. Sharon’s motivation is her commitment to making a difference in all aspects of the operations. When Sharon is not working, she is enjoying spending time with her family out on their family ranch. She has grown up being the only girl with five brothers, and has raised two sons. Her precious joys are her two grandchildren.

Tish Alaniz

Tish Alaniz

Health & Wellness Director

Director of Health and Wellness Tish Alaniz brings a decorated nursing background to her role at Morada Victoria. With more than 20 years of nursing experience overall, she served 12 years as Assistant Director of Nursing, as well as spent eight years in medical-surgical and ICU nursing at local hospitals. She also worked as a CNA instructor.

Tish is a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and holds multiple certifications including Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Assisted Living Manager. In her current role, she is focused on keeping residents happy and healthy through personalized programming, a positive and cheerful disposition and a commitment to always doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.

Outside of work, Tish is proud mother of two high schoolers and four adult stepchildren, as well as a grandmother of five. She enjoys spending leisure time with her children and grandchildren and taking mini getaways with her husband, Ramon.

Celebrations Coordinator

Celebrations Coordinator Linda Wright has proudly served the residents of Morada Victoria since 2015, during which time she has held multiple roles within our community. Linda is an experienced industry professional and Certified Dementia Practitioner whose background spans more than 25 years in activity and recreation programming. Sixteen of those years have been spent in senior living community settings.

In her current role, Linda is dedicated to empowering independence and helping resident seniors enjoy active and more satisfying lifestyles overall. Outside of work, she enjoys being among family, as well as taking part in outdoor activities and spectator sports.

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Senior Lifestyle Counselor Jan McPheeters is a 25-year sales and marketing professional who began her career locally in broadcasting and eventually gravitated towards the senior living industry. Jan says her greatest joy is serving as a resource for Victoria-area seniors and families as they search for the right senior living solutions and ultimately find theirs with Morada Victoria.

Outside of work, Jan enjoys sewing, singing and working in her yard. She also cherishes every moment spent among friends, family and her beloved rescue dog, Emma.

Director of Culinary Services Chere Freeman is a respected Chef and proven culinary team leader who brings more than 15 years of experience to her role at Morada Victoria. Ever passionate about delighting local seniors with flavorful dishes, Chef Chere often cooks from home-based recipes and is always engaging residents in our community’s culinary program and offerings.
