This place offers so many amenities to the seniors living there. From caring staff that keeps up after my dad, to the event staff keeping him engaged! And my father is gaining weight from all the food he says he eats. Best he's ever had! He has a view that can't be beat to boot.

My great-grandma goes here and she says the food there is AMAZING!! She says it's better than my food 🤣🤣 But she says everyone there is nice and has great food 🩷🩷

My wife has been at Morada for almost 3 years. During that time there has been a number of management and staff changes. In a short time, the current team and I do mean team, has turn around the Quintessence facility into a 5 star facility. Everyone works together from the Director to food and beverage to caregivers to management. If your love ones need the care they deserve I suggest highly you look at Morada.

I have had the pleasure of working at Morada Quintessance for 4 years. It’s a great company to work there for. I love all my residents. Our residents don’t live in our work place we work in their home . And I am so proud to work here. Management is nice and easy to get along with. Residents families are very supportive and treat us like their family as well.

I am a resident. I have to say I became sold on this place from my first day here. I fell often when I was in my house so I needed to find somewhere safer. Morada Quintessence is now HOME for me. The Care Providers have been very helpful to me, even when I've gotten myself tipped over in my own wheelchair! The Care givers untangled me and got me out of that problem. The Staff and the Residents here are wonderful. Come by and see for yourself, I'm usually here!

Morada renovated the whole interior. New management, new furniture , floors and Chef There bringing new residents!! This place is turning around! I am impressed!! The med tech are super amazing to residents with 24/7 care . Seems more of a family atmosphere now more then ever . I am loving the changes !! My family is extremely happy with the outcome!!

I had looked around at several retirement communities in Albuquerque, and was not impressed until I found Morada Quintessence! Not only are the grounds maintained (nice and clean) but the staff I've encountered have been very helpful and compassionate. Especially Andrew Pacheco who gave a tour of the property. He was very knowledgeable, and his customer service exceeded my expectations!! Thank you to all the staff at Morada Quintessence for making it such an easy decision!

Andrew and his staff are attentive and always courteous to myself and my movers. The entire staff always go out of their way to make our job moving residents in and out safely, easily and fast. I’d recommend this community to anyone looking for a place for a loved one.
