Paul Sanchez a Healthcare professional and Executive for over 35 years is now with Morada Quintessence a Discovery Living Retirement Community. As Executive Director Paul is responsible for communicating a resident focused vision and a resident centered model of care. Paul has years of experience in acute care management, decades in managing large physician practices, and has worked as a healthcare lobbyist for over 15 years. He understands and has compassion for seniors managing their chronic healthcare conditions and having a place to call home. Creating an environment focused on wellness, activities and care is a passion of Paul’s. Quintessence is a beautiful home for senior living and a warm and inviting place for their families to visit.

Michelle Trujillo

Director of Health and Wellness

Michelle Trujillo has worked at Morada Quintessence for almost 15 years caring for Seniors and their families. A consistent “pay attention to the details” leadership style has helped Michelle foster a successful caring environment here at Morada Quintessence. Michelle is compassionate, caring for seniors has a wonderful positive impact on employees’ lives, the giving of care and receiving of love from our seniors is hard to match in any other healthcare profession. Administratively Michelle works skillfully to match Morada Quintessence as a quality senior living environment for potential residents and families that want to make us their forever home.

Destiny Trujillo

Director of Celebrations

Destiny Trujillo Paiz has been in healthcare for 15 years. Recently promoted to Morada Quintessence Director of Celebrations, the residents at our property are very busy and so appreciative of her efforts. Our Morada Director of Celebrations develops and oversees resident services, planning and coordinating activities that promote health, wellbeing, engagement, and personal growth. Destiny is committed to senior living and resident care through most of her career and brings that natural leadership to her position.

Matt Mitchell

Director of Facility Operations

Matthew “Matt” Mitchell has worked in assisted living communities for over 13 years. Matt is strongly committed to Morada Quintessence as a premier healthcare facility and a forever home for our residents. He has been married for 24 years and has three adult children. His hobbies include gardening, hunting, and reading. A community home is so important for our aging population and Matt works diligently to keep our Morada Quintessence home beautiful and functioning throughout the years.

Lindsay Amendola

SLC for Morada Quintessence

With over 10 years of experience in sales, Lindsay offers a track record of success with both large companies and local startups. Originally from Southern California, Lindsay relocated to New Mexico in 2021 starting her senior living career in Santa Fe. As a mom of two, family is her top priority, and helping others find the perfect home for their loved ones drives her passion in Senior Living.

Angelica “Angie” Vogt

Morada Quintessence Business Office Manager

Angelica “Angie” Vogt in her role as Morada Quintessence Business Office Manager focus is customer service, hospitality and resource management. Angie brings ten years of management expertise that she will use to help our seniors and their families feel right at home. Angie says that seniors have always been drawn to her and vice versa. Angie’s states she is a very spiritually focused individual and wants to make certain that comfort, care and kindness are what she focuses on for our residents, of course with a business office manager perspective.
